CJMS 650 | 3 Credits

Course Desc: Prerequisites: CJMS 600 and CJMS 610. An introduction to the impact of constitutional and criminal law on managerial responsibilities within the criminal justice system. Topics include pivotal historic and current legal cases and their application to methods of prevention, as well as reaction to crime in the United States.
