Use the employer matrix to explore participating organizations, discover roles that match your career goals, prepare, and plan meaningful conversations with recruiters to make the most of your time at the fair. You can filter by company, industry, job type, and more.
Employers will continue to be added to the matrix as the event approaches.

How to Use the Employer Matrix
Explore how to maximize your job search with the employer matrix, using the written directions below. You can also watch the UMGC Employer Matrix Guide video to learn how to use the matrix to identify opportunities that align with your career goals.
Step 1: On the main Participating Companies tab, you can scroll down and view the list of all companies at the event.
Step 2: Hover your mouse over the company you are interested in to receive the prompt to expand that section.
Step 3: Click on the blue arrow keys to expand the view. A new pop-up box will appear that contains the company overview for the event. In this window, you will see information, such as hiring locations, career areas, position types, security clearance, and US citizenship requirements. Scroll down within the window to view all of the information.
Optional: If you would like to narrow your search using specific criteria, then you can go to the top bar on the Employer Matrix and click on the tab you are interested in. This will show you all employers for these sections.
