What is WRP?
The Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP) connects federal and interested private-sector employers nationwide with undergraduate and graduate students as well as recent graduates with disabilities who are eager to demonstrate their abilities in the workplace through internships or permanent jobs.
Over the years, thousands of college students and graduates have participated in the program, working in diverse roles in federal workplaces across the nation.
How Do I Apply?
Applicants with disabilities can register and submit their required eligibility documents online via the USAJOBS Agency Talent Portal during the registration period from August 17, 2026 - October 4, 2026.
