University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) Portfolio Director of Global Health Services and Administration Liliya Roberts presented at the 2025 Fall Leadership Excellence Summit on November 18 in Chicago. Her presentation focused on introducing a scalable, evidence-informed model that integrates interprofessional learning, digital fluency, and team-based leadership development. Drawing on UMGC’s global online platform and the National Center for Healthcare Leadership (NCHL) Competency Model 3.0, the session explored strategies to accelerate career readiness and build academic-industry partnerships that deliver measurable workforce impact.
