Other Transcript and Enrollment Verification Information
If you have access to MyUMGC, you can view or print your unofficial transcript there.
Current students can request enrollment verification through MyUMGC. If your enrollment verification is not available through MyUMGC, please complete the Enrollment Verification Request form.
Investigators conducting background investigations must complete an investigator request form via DocuSign accompanied by a signed release from the student. Please complete one form per student. The forms will be submitted through DocuSign and the request will be fulfilled either by email or e-fax. If you have any additional questions, please contact studentrecords@umgc.edu.
