Constitution Day observes the adoption of the U.S. Constitution on September 17, 1787 and recognizes those who have become U.S. citizens. University of Maryland Global Campus is proud to participate in the remembrance of Constitution Day and Citizenship Day. As a global community, UMGC understands the importance of the phrase "We the People" and celebrates the diverse backgrounds of all students and faculty.

UMGC has created a Constitution Day webpage to provide further information about this historic day. Find out more about the U.S. Constitution, amendments, and preamble. Then, test your knowledge with a U.S. Constitution quiz. UMGC looks forward to celebrating Constitution Day this year and for many more years to come.
