Fire and Emergency Services Administration

Course Desc: A presentation of modern management and planning techniques that apply to organizing a fire department. The objective is to apply management concepts to fire service administration and analyze the community approach to risk reduction. Discussion covers procedures for evaluation and control of budgeting, personnel, communications, and planning. Topics also include the traditional and evolving roles of the fire department in protection, prevention, and community service.¿
