Managing Across Cultures and Borders

Course Desc: Recommended: BMGT 110. An examination and analysis of international management across cultures and borders. The aim is to apply critical thinking and analytical skills in global management settings. Focus is on the roles of business managers in today's complex global environment. Topics include cross-cultural strategic planning, multinational organizational structures, global leadership, cross-cultural communication, environmental factors, decision making, and negotiations. Students may receive credit for only one of the following courses: BMGT 456 or BMGT 498R.
