Management and Organization Theory

BMGT 364 | 3 Credits

Course Desc: Recommended: BMGT 110. An examination of the four functions of management--planning, organizing, leading, and controlling--with emphasis on the application of management concepts and theories to achieve organizational goals. The aim is to develop strategies, goals, and objectives to enhance performance and sustainability. Topics include ethics, social responsibility, globalization, and change and innovation. Students may receive credit for only one of the following courses: BMGT 364, TEMN 202, TEMN 300, TMGT 301, or TMGT 302.
