Biotechnology Capstone: Bioinformatics
BIOT 670I | 3 Credits
Course Desc: (Open only to students in the bioinformatics Concentration.) Prerequisite: Completion of 30 credits of program coursework, including all core courses. An in-depth exploration of the bioinformatics field. The objective is to apply knowledge of the field while demonstrating research, analytical, oral and written communication, teamwork, and leadership skills during a semester-long project. Projects are garnered from real world problems from industry, academic institutions, and government organizations. Students may receive credit for only one of the following courses: BIOT 670, BIOT 670I, BIOT 670M, BIOT 670R, or BIOT 670S.
