Course Desc: Prerequisite: ACM 610. Serve as a contract manager and apply legal, administrative, and ethical requirements and principles to procurement and contract management. Explore a broad array of legal issues applicable to acquisition as well as the Federal Acquisition Regulation and the American Bar Association model procurement code for state and local government.
